There is private parking for four cars. Lochbay House sits on 4 acres of it's own land which runs down to the Loch.
There is a patio area to the rear of the property with spectacular views over Lochbay. The garden area of over an acre is mostly laid to lawn, with low stone walls and mature shrubs and low hedge. The land beyond the garden down to the loch is open croft land.
Make sure you also make time to look for Donovan's hidden bath too! We are told that he used to lie in the bath & look up at the stars which explains the engravings of constellations around the side of the bath tub!
